Ben Latham-Jones

Ben has worked extensively as a Creative Director for Twentieth Century Fox & Fox Searchlight on many films including WALK THE LINE (which won the Academy Award for best picture), SIDEWAYS, LITTLE MISS SUNSHINE, STAR WARS: EPISODE III, KINGDOM OF HEAVEN, DE-LOVELY, THE MERCHANT OF VENICE, FANTASTIC MR FOX, GARFIELD, ICE AGE 2 & 3 and THE DEVIL WEARS PRADA to name just a few.

He has created & produced concerts in London, Cannes, Moscow & New York for Sheryl Crow, Alanis Morissette, McFly, David Gray, Natalie Cole, The Guillemots & Feeder. He has executive produced over ten top twenty singles with Twentieth Century Fox including two UK number ones for NIGHT AT THE MUSEUM & JUST MY LUCK. Ben designed & created the Regent Street Christmas Lights in London for Ice Age 2, which were voted the most popular Christmas lights of the decade (2000-2010). He also co-created & produced SQUARE MAP OF Q4 at the Queen Elizabeth Hall with the Bonachela Dance Company, CHINA-TOWN a short film starring Rosey Chan & Rick Yune directed by Mike Figgis & most recently a short film with HIs Holiness the Dalai Lama with Tilda Swinton, William Dafoe & Michael Stipe amongst others.

He owns & operates the London/Los Angeles based production company LONDINIUM whose up-coming projects include the films NINA with Zoe Saldana & David Oyelowo, shooting in LA Summer 2012, VOICE FROM THE STONE with Maggie Gyllenhaal & Mads Mikkelsen shooting October in Italy & VIRGIN MARY with Abigail Breslin in December 2012.

Ben is a long time campaigner against HIV/Aids & is currently an Ambassador for MTV’s STAYING ALIVE FOUNDATION, sat on the THEATRECARES board in London for eight years & is working with Goldie Hawn for THE HAWN FOUNDATION. He also travelled extensively across Africa for the UNITED NATIONS & the INTERNATIONAL RED CROSS producing a film he later presented at the United Nations General Assembly in New York called HOPE.

Ben owns and operates the London/Los Angeles based production company LONDINIUM whose up-coming projects include the films NINA with Zoe Saldana and David Oyelowo with Ealing Studios, shooting in LA summer 2012, VOICE FROM THE STONE with Maggie Gyllenhaal and Mads Mikkelsen shooting October in Italy and VIRGIN MARY with Abigail Breslin, shooting December 2012. He is also developing the features COLOUR OF LOVE, BIRD and PANIC ZONE a comedy written by the team that brought us LEGALLY BLONDE and HOUSE BUNNY.
